AI Limitations.

You agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless otherwise required by law.
You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.
Certain claims (e.g., intellectual property enforcement, injunctive relief) are excluded from arbitration.
16. CORRECTIONS
The Services may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct them at any time.
17. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Legal Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We maintain user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining copies of your own data.

23. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
